Just for fun what would a model for a Martian Centric Universe look like?

Just for fun hypothetically if Mars was the center of the universe what would the model for that look like? I know that Earth would possibly be the closest object so other than that what else would it look like? I'm being hypothetical just for fun? Thanks.
