Universities in the Philippines?

Well of course UP and AdMU are the highest ranking when it comes to good education. But of course, it does not mean that they specialize in everything. It really depends on your major. Lets say Engineering is to Ateneo, Law and Medicine to UP, Architecture to UST..etc.
