My cat has a blocked bladder, what should I expect?

well i hope you expect ''hes doing good'' :/ i hope everything goes well i never had that problem be for. but one of my cats died because a big hairball and he couldn't pee nor poop and the bill was over 400 and we couldn't pay for it so it was really sad. i mean it could be a good call or a bad call so think positive.
