All the symptoms of rheumatoid artritis but xray and bloods negative?

Autoimmune problems like rheumatoid arthritis can be difficult to diagnose since the only symptom can be pain, but usually there are signs of joint inflammation or elevated blood enzymes that are indicators of inflammation. Since inflammation does not seem to be present, it makes rheumatoid arthritis unlikely. With your symptoms, and lack of any apparent inflammation, it seems probable that you could have fibromyalgia. Since your present doc didn't bring this up, it might be worthwhile seeing a different doc - maybe a rheumatologist.
