Is there an addon for pidgin that makes the IRC more like a regular IRC client?

Like adds a symbol for admin and makes notices actual notices and doesn't open up a tab for them. And lets you use commands like /connect and has a function where your nickname changes when you set your status as away. Any IRC addon would be helpful for me but those are just things I like.
