What to do with baby bird?

My cat brought me in a fledgling thrush http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thrush_(bird) , it has all it's feathers. I'm not sure where it came from and is not very active at the moment. I've put it in a quiet room in a box with a towel under it. Any ideas on what I should do now?
