What is the simplest and easiest way to deed a house?

my boyfriend still has a house deeded to himself and his soon to be ex-wife...they have been apart for 12 years. he is finally getting the divorce. his daughter is buying their home. they have a survivorship deed. but he wants to cya and give full deed to his wife so that he can say he gave it to her in the divorce. the daughter has her ducks in a row but he still needs to deed the house to the wife. any advice on how to do it quickly and cheaply?
