Will tricare help cover the cost of a vascular surgery (varicose veins)?

I am pregnant and having a real problem with varicose veins in my leg. They look pretty bad, and bulge noticeably. I'd like to see a vascular surgeon about this once I have my baby. Do you think tricare will help cover the cost of a procedure to fix these veins?
