Should the internet be more strictly regulated?

Wouldn't work - its impossible. Certain countries wouldn't agree to it. People would claim it was going to much like "BB" and it would possibly create more errors - people could potentially be framed easily. Plus software and hackers would be able to get round anything in a day.
