Given that we are supposed to have freedom of religion do you think it was right?

that those people from the Texas Flds compound were loaded in Baptist buses instead of publically owned ones.Also do you think that showed a constitutional violation by government recognizing one religion at the expense of the other.I would like to say I don't agree with the flds lifestyle but I do understand freedom of religion.I have previously asked a question in rs about biblically correct ages for marriage and have had baptists answer the age of twelve and even younger.So technically from a biblical standpoint they were within the bibles acceptable marriage pratices.Also they have been practising polygamy as long as theres been a Mormon faith and it is in the bible.So why all the fuss now and is that fuss even constitutionally legal?
