Does India have any kind of law like America's Patriot Act that allows their law officers to spy on terrorists?
Can we afford to be politically correct and wear kid gloves and play by the rules of 'restraint and fairness' when we are dealing with these kind of muderous psychopathic subhuman skidmarks?
