For the most part, everything is correct. There are a few things that are not quite natural: I want (or I wanted or I would like) to ask you if I could possibly reconfirm (or simply confirm) my live audition repertoire list. There was a little confusion with the file that I organized since I started completing the application last year (unless you mean, Since I started completing the application last year, there has been a little confusion with the file that I organized). It would be truly helpful if I can recheck (or simply check) them (either change file to files or change this them to it) and make sure of what I need to prepare.
