Are these signs of a miscarriage?

ok first of all i think she is full of it, look up online about what size the baby is a 3 weeks pregnant.it is the size of about 500 microscopic cells. most people dont know they are pregnant till at least 4 weeks, and to need a blood transfusion she would still be in the hospital and they would be monitoring everything. even if she was miscarrying she wouldnt even know. i have had 4 and at 3 weeks it would just be like a regular period. i think she is saying all this so you say oh poor you, i want you back. and the whole part of the fetus being abnormally big is BS also, the baby isnt even the size of a pinhead. shes is full of it and is just trying to get your attention
